From July 16, 2020, using these radios in Italy is totally free. Just buy and use it.
They can use up to 16 analog channels (narrow FM) or 16/32 digital channels (DMR/dPMR), with a power of 500 mW. They can use CTCSS sub audio tones and DCS codes.
